Our next Parent Information Evening will be held at Eastern Suburbs Montessori Primary School on Tuesday, 10 August. This will be how the Montessori Philosophy is used in teaching math and geometry in our senior class.
All current parents and parents of children on our waitlist will be invited to attend.
Eastern Suburbs Montessori Primary School provides Montessori education within the framework of the New Zealand National Curriculum and the PYP International Baccalaureate Programme. Montessori classes are fully integrated into Glendowie Primary School, providing students with the opportunity to participate in school-wide cultural, sporting and arts programmes.
Our teachers encourage self-directed learning through the use of specialised, interactive materials. Children learn at their own pace and interact in multi-age classrooms over periods of three years (ages 6-9 and 9-12).
