CULTURAL FAIR - ASIA

Term 3, 2009 we held our annual Cultural Fair.  Our year 7 students along with some enthusiastic parents organised this fun day.  There were six different activities for the students to rotate through in the morning followed by a shared lunch.    After lunch the children shared their performances with other children and our parents. 

Leading up to this day the children welcomed guest speakers to the classroom who have spoken to the children about different Asian countries and cultures, these have included Tawian, India, The Kimono and weaving rice baskets. 

This was a fantastic day and it was wonderful to see so many of our families participating.
