Term Dates for 2010:

Term 1:  4 Feb - 9 April

Term 2:  19 April -2 July

Term 3:  19 July - 24 September

Term 4: 11 October-17 December

Term Dates for 2011:

Term 1:  *1 Feb - 15 April      * to be confirmed

Term 2:   2 May - 15 July

Term 3:   1 Aug - 7 Oct

Term 4:   25 Oct - *20 Dec     * to be confirmed

The usual length of each school term has been adjusted for 2011.  Terms 1 and 2 are slightly longer than usual, and Term 4 is 2 weeks shorter.  This adjustment has been made to align the October term holiday with the final stages of the 2011 Rugby World Cup tournmanent.

The earliest date on which schools may open in 2011 is Monday 31 January (rather than Tuesday 1 February) as previously.
